I’m a feedback architect, former overseas basketball player and coach, and human potential enthusiast.

My passion for feedback is rooted in a diverse range of professional experiences that have shaped my perspective. From corporate roles to basketball and even my background as a professional actor, these experiences have profoundly influenced my approach to feedback and collaboration.

feedback has shaped my journey. A pivotal moment came when I nearly made the University of Maryland’s NCAA national championship basketball team but fell short in the final round.

An assistant coach saw potential in me and offered one key piece of feedback. I took it to heart and, within two years of graduating, I fulfilled my dream of becoming a paid basketball player in Germany. That experience marked my introduction to the transformative power of feedback and how it can unlock potential and change lives.

While playing basketball in Germany, I also had the opportunity to coach several teams within my club. Each team operated differently, and I quickly realized that my effectiveness as a coach depended on my ability to adapt to these variations. By providing individualized feedback and placing players in roles that highlighted their strengths, I learned that real success comes from understanding people, listening closely, communicating in a way that resonates, and building a structure that supports both the individual and the team.
